Cali ("Cali," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI receptionist service operated by Vilardi Digital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through callcali.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you give us. When you book a demo, contact us, or otherwise reach out, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to share. Demo bookings are handled through our scheduling provider, Calendly. When you try the live demo, we collect the website address and email you enter, and we read the public content of that website so Cali can answer as your business.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-first website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measure aggregate traffic without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Our scheduling provider may set its own cookies when you open the booking calendar. The demo form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block bots, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. If we enable Google Analytics, it uses cookies to measure how visitors use the Site.
Demo calls. Live demo calls with Cali are recorded and transcribed so we can operate and improve the service. By starting a demo you consent to that recording.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct demos.
To provide, operate, and improve the Cali service and the Site.
To communicate with you about Cali, including follow-ups related to a demo or request you initiated.
To maintain security and comply with our legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and service, such as our scheduling provider (Calendly), our hosting and analytics providers (Cloudflare, and Google if analytics is enabled), our voice AI provider (Retell AI), our AI language model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI), our bot protection provider (Google reCAPTCHA), and our workflow and email tools (Make and Google Workspace), and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messages

If you become a Cali customer and opt in, Cali may send SMS messages (such as appointment confirmations and reminders) on your behalf or to you. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Our SMS program is operated under Vilardi Digital LLC; see the SMS Privacy and SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
